Hannah has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting her career in claims before being admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2016. Hannah joined Liberty in 2017 and went on to earn the Insurance Insider’s Young Claims Professional of the Year award in 2023. In 2025, she began a new chapter in her career, transitioning from Senior Claims Specialist into underwriting with a specialisation in professional indemnity.
